By downloading, installing, or using The Portrait Lab application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The Portrait Lab application for personal or commercial photography work. This license does not include the right to:

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the application
Redistribute or resell the application
Use the application to train competing AI models
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Your Content

You retain all rights to the photographs you process using The Portrait Lab. We do not claim ownership of your images or the outputs generated by the application. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any images you process.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use The Portrait Lab to:

Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
Generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
Process images without appropriate consent from subjects
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Credits and Payments

Certain features of The Portrait Lab require credits. Credits are non-refundable and expire according to the terms specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit systems with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portrait Lab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of The Portrait Lab.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
